St. John’s is a church with a family feel, where the Gospel of Jesus Christ is preached and we aim to grow more in His image. We invite you to join us for a worship service or community event, right in downtown Wausau. Come join us, connect with others, and grow in your faith. Ours is a parish of the Episcopal Diocese of Wisconsin, part of the Anglican Communion.
When’s Church?
Our worship is as follows:
Sunday morning High Mass at 10:00 AM in the Nave, our principal Mass, a Rite II liturgy with organ and choir
Sunday morning Low Mass at 8:00 AM in the Chapel of our Lady, a said Rite II liturgy
Wednesday morning at 11:30 AM, Low Mass in the Chapel of our Lady
We offer daily Morning Prayer at 9:00 AM, Monday through Friday, on our Facebook page.
Office Hours
Our office is open Monday-Thursday 9am-1pm (except on bank observed holidays). To meet with the priest, please arrange an appointment by emailing communications@stjohnswausau.org.
